Thermoformed suction nozzles for urban waste vacuum cleaners

One of our customers, who specialises in the manufacture of urban waste vacuum cleaners, came to us with a unique challenge. They needed custom suction nozzles for their machines, but there was a twist: the tubes had to be thermoformed into a nozzle shape to reach inaccessible areas.

At Plastisart, we took on this challenge with enthusiasm. Our team of thermoforming experts implemented an innovative approach to meet the customer's specific needs. Thermoforming is a plastic transformation process that involves heating a sheet of plastic and then moulding it using a mould to obtain the desired shape.

In this case, we used our expertise to design a custom mould that allowed the nozzles to be thermoformed from pipes while maintaining the required strength and durability. We selected a suitable material to ensure resistance to the harsh conditions these nozzles would be exposed to in the field.
