Our storage and logistics solution in plastics An integrated storage and delivery service within our manufacturing workshop
In the field of industrial subcontracting, the quality of a part is not measured solely by its dimensional compliance or its finish. It is also measured by the supplier's ability to deliver the right quantity, at the right time, in the right conditions, without the client having to manage large stocks or anticipate unpredictable delays.
At Plastisart, logistics is an integral part of our service offering. We do not only deliver parts, we adapt supply to your needs and requirements. Storage with us, custom packaging, scheduled deliveries, on-site installation: every logistical aspect is organised to simplify your supply chain, not to complicate it.

Storage of your plastic parts in our warehouses
Storing plastic parts, particularly when they are bulky, fragile or produced in batches, requires space, organisation and appropriate conditions. We therefore offer our clients the option of storing their productions at Plastisart between manufacturing and delivery, according to a schedule defined together.
This outsourced storage service offers several concrete advantages:
- Delivery according to needs,
- No loss of space in your premises,
- Buffer stock available on demand,
- The possibility of ordering the optimal necessary quantity without excess.
Parts stored at Plastisart are identified, referenced and managed according to your specifications. Their availability and condition are maintained until delivery

Packaging adapted to parts and transport constraints

Plastic parts present very variable geometries and handling constraints: large-surface thermoformed parts, precision machined components, assembled sub-assemblies including fragile elements. Inappropriate packaging can cause scratches, deformations or damage that render a part non-compliant on delivery, even if it was perfect leaving production.
At Plastisart, packaging is defined according to the characteristics of each part and the requirements of your specifications: individual or batch packaging, protective interleaving, film wrapping, custom wedging, labelling according to your referencing and traceability standards. For parts intended for direct integration on a production line, we adapt the packaging to facilitate handling and storage at your workstation.
On-demand delivery according to your needs
We organise deliveries at the rate corresponding to your production needs: one-off deliveries on order, recurring deliveries according to a predefined schedule, or just-in-time supply for clients with regular and predictable needs. Our location in Fleurus, at the heart of Hainaut, allows us to cover the whole of Belgium and northern France quickly.
For projects requiring short delivery lead times or rapid responses to unforeseen needs, our integrated buffer stock allows dispatch without waiting for a new production cycle.

On-site installation and commissioning

For certain projects, the delivery of parts is not sufficient. For machine cladding, protective structures, fit-out equipment or complex sub-assemblies, an on-site intervention for positioning, adjustment or installation may be necessary.
Our teams can intervene directly at your premises to ensure this step and guarantee an installation compliant with specifications and immediate commissioning.
This service is particularly useful for industrial equipment projects, production line fit-outs or deliveries of large-dimension sub-assemblies.
Traceability and logistics documentation
Each of our deliveries is accompanied by adapted documentation: referenced delivery note, batch labelling according to your specifications, conformity certificates on request. This logistics traceability articulates with our production traceability: each delivered batch is identifiable and traceable to its manufacturing file, quality inspections and raw materials.
For clients subject to audits or regulatory traceability requirements, this documentary continuity between production and delivery is an important element of our service offering.

Plastisart, your supplier that takes care of everything
The value of a plastic subcontractor does not stop at the exit of its workshops. At Plastisart, we consider that our responsibility extends to the delivery of your order in the defined conditions. Storage, packaging, delivery frequency, on-site installation: we organise every step so that you receive your parts without friction, without surprises and without having to manage logistics you did not ask for.

FAQ
What does our outsourced storage service consist of?
If your parts are bulky or produced in large quantities, we offer to store them directly in our Fleurus warehouses after manufacturing. We manage this buffer stock for you, which prevents cluttering your own premises and allows you to trigger deliveries only according to your real needs.
How does our scheduled delivery system work?
We define together a supply schedule based on your production rates. Instead of receiving the entirety of your annual order at once, we ship partial batches to you on a regular basis. This optimises your cash flow and smooths handling on your assembly lines.
How do we manage the protection of fragile or appearance parts during transport?
Packaging is an integral part of our specifications. We design custom packaging adapted to each geometry, using protective interleaving, dedicated wedging and individual film wrapping, to eliminate any risk of scratching or deformation during transport and to facilitate storage at your workstation.
What does our on-site installation and commissioning service consist of?
For complex projects such as machine cladding, large-dimension protective structures and industrial fit-outs, simple delivery is not always sufficient. Our technical teams can travel directly to your premises in Belgium and France to ensure positioning, mechanical adjustment and immediate commissioning of your equipment.
Do we ensure logistics traceability through to final delivery?
Each shipment is accompanied by a detailed delivery note and labelling compliant with your referencing standards. This logistics traceability is directly linked to our production data: each delivered batch remains at all times traceable to its original manufacturing file, its quality inspections and its material certificates.
