Plastisart specialises in the design and manufacture of plastic parts and assemblies for the industrial, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. But our expertise in plastic processing has also given rise to a finished product range: CounterTray, our display system for refrigerated counters, entirely developed and manufactured in our workshops in Fleurus.
A concrete problem, a product answer
In a standard refrigerated counter, products placed at the back remain invisible. The customer only sees what is directly in front of them, and everything behind stays there, ignored. For a butcher, a delicatessen or a foodservice professional, this represents a direct daily loss in sales.
CounterTray addresses this problem with a simple principle: a 3-tier presentation staircase, slightly tilted forward, giving each row of products its own line of sight. All levels are visible simultaneously. No butcher's tray ends up hidden behind another.
Technical specifications
The CounterTray staircase is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing equipment. It accommodates standard gastronorm trays: no equipment changes, no counter modifications. Place it, fill it, it's ready.
Manufactured in black satin ABS and PMMA, it is certified for direct food contact. Its smooth, non-porous surface makes cleaning easy and is compatible with professional dishwashers. It supports 10 kg per level, 30 kg in total, and operates from -20°C to +80°C for intensive daily use in refrigerated environments.
Two formats are available in stock: 800x400 mm and 800x600 mm. Custom dimensions are also available directly from our workshops, based on your counter constraints.
A Plastisart product, from start to finish
CounterTray is not a bought-in and resold product. It is a range developed in-house, using our SolidWorks design office, our manufacturing processes and our materials. Every piece leaves our workshops in Fleurus: thermoforming, CNC machining, assembly.
This manufacturer positioning allows us to offer options others cannot: custom dimensions, specific finishes, marking, adapted volumes. You work directly with the people who make it.
