At Plastisart, custom plastic manufacturing is not limited to producing parts. It covers the entire lifecycle of a component or sub-assembly: study, design, tooling, transformation, assembly, finishing, quality control and delivery. This complete cycle is managed under one roof, by the same teams, without any break between the study and production phases.
This integrated organisation has defined our way of working for over 50 years, and allows us to respond to varied industrial projects, from a single part produced urgently to a regular series delivered in scheduled flow.
What we produce at Plastisart
Single parts and prototypes
Whether it is a functional prototype for validation, an urgent replacement part or a component to drawing for a specific application, we produce individually with no constraining minimum order. Our integrated design office takes charge of projects from the concept phase, and our workshops are organised to respond quickly to one-off requests.
Manufacturing of all types of parts and components in small and medium series
This is our core business, thanks to various transformation processes such as thermoforming, CNC machining, RIM injection, blow moulding or plastic fabrication. All our machines are dimensioned to produce series of a few tens to several hundred parts with dimensional repeatability and quality consistency between batches. Our in-house manufactured tooling is designed to last and allow regular relaunches without drift.
Production of assembled sub-assemblies and complete equipment
Plastisart is not limited to individual plastic components. We design and produce multi-component sub-assemblies integrating plastic parts, metal inserts, fastening elements, seals and components supplied by the client. When the project requires it, we are able to integrate mechanical, electrical or electromechanical functions into the equipment we deliver. The part thus becomes a finished product, deliverable directly into production or for on-site installation.
Complete "Plug and Play" systems tested and controlled
At Plastisart, we also produce complete systems, integrating all desired functionalities, including fastening and connection devices. We provide a true "Plug & Play" complete system that requires nothing more than on-site or in-machine installation. A time saving for you and the certainty of having a directly functional and usable assembly.
These systems are particularly in demand for signage parts, visual communication and the events sector. Numerous checks, both visual and mechanical or electrical, guarantee a high-quality product according to your specifications. We are present at your side, through to the design and production of controlled and tested equipment (FAT).
Our organisation for the production of plastic parts
Versatile machine park
Our production site in Fleurus (Belgium) brings together all our plastic transformation machines on a single site: thermoforming machines, 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centres, blow moulding machines, RIM injection presses, welding and bonding equipment, paint booth and laser equipment. This concentration of different techniques on the same site allows us to combine several processes on the same project without transfer times between sites, and to advise you on the method that truly corresponds to your needs.
In-house tooling manufacture
Our mechanical workshop designs and manufactures all our production tooling: thermoforming moulds, RIM moulds, assembly jigs, inspection tools. This in-house mastery of tooling allows us to reduce production start-up times, quickly adjust tooling during a project and guarantee their compatibility with our machines.
Integrated design office
Our design office is physically integrated into our production workshops. The technicians who design the parts work in the same premises as the operators who manufacture them. This proximity eliminates interpretation errors, reduces back-and-forth and guarantees total consistency between the designed and the produced part.
Integrated quality control
Quality control is not a final step added at the end of the line. It is integrated at every production stage: raw material inspection on receipt, first article inspection before series launch, in-process inspection, final inspection before packaging. Every delivered batch is accompanied by complete traceability.
The different materials available in stock
We maintain a stock of thermoplastic raw materials covering the most common references in our range:
- ABS sheets
- PMMA
- PC (Polycarbonate)
- HDPE
- PP
- PVC
- POM
- PA
This stock allows us to respond quickly to urgent requests without material supply delays, and to start production within timescales compatible with our clients' industrial constraints.

Deadline compliance and responsiveness
In the industrial sector, production lead times are a strategic variable. Our clients need to know when they will receive their parts, and they need that lead time to be met. Our integrated production organisation allows us to control lead times at every stage and reduce the risks associated with coordinating external suppliers.
For urgent projects, we have an internal arbitration capacity that allows certain orders to be accelerated without disrupting the entire production schedule.
A continuous optimisation approach
From the start of your request, Plastisart offers you comprehensive project management from A to Z. This management is part of a strong partnership and regular exchanges. As an industrial, you benefit from a process optimisation approach throughout your project, and a set of processes fully integrated within Plastisart.
The design office, integrated into the production and testing process, is in permanent contact with production and testing phases. In permanent dialogue with your engineers, it can quickly optimise your equipment and intervene at the production level. Thanks to this optimised continuous process, you have optimal management of your products, the evolution of their nomenclature, components and test reports.
Plastisart, a production partner not just a supplier
Choosing Plastisart for your plastic production means choosing a partner who takes charge of the entire manufacturing cycle. Our integrated organisation eliminates friction, reduces lead times and guarantees consistency between what is designed and what is delivered.
FAQ
What is the minimum order volume to launch a production at Plastisart?
There is no constraining minimum order. Thanks to our organisation and the diversity of our technologies (such as CNC machining or plastic fabrication), we manufacture prototypes and single parts urgently as well as small and medium series of a few tens to several hundred units. We adapt our industrial capabilities to your real needs.
What is the main advantage of centralising my entire project with a single manufacturer?
Total control of risks, costs and lead times. At Plastisart, the entire cycle is integrated on a single site in Belgium: design office, mould and tooling manufacture, transformation, finishing (painting, marking) and quality control. You eliminate intermediaries, remove hidden transport costs and benefit from a single point of contact from design to delivery.
Do you design moulds and tooling directly in-house?
Our integrated mechanical workshop designs and machines 100% of our production tooling (thermoforming moulds, RIM moulds, assembly jigs). This in-house mastery is a strategic asset: it allows production start-up times to be halved, tooling to be instantly adjusted when your plans change and controlled prices to be guaranteed.
How do you ensure delivery responsiveness for urgent industrial needs?
Our responsiveness rests on two pillars: on one hand, we maintain a permanent stock of the most common thermoplastics in industry (ABS, PMMA, polycarbonate, HDPE, POM, etc.), which eliminates material supply delays. On the other hand, our 100% integrated production management in Belgium allows us to arbitrate the schedule internally to accelerate your critical orders without depending on external subcontractors.
