Who are we?

Plastisart is a Belgian manufacturer of custom plastic parts and sub-assemblies, based in Fleurus, Belgium, for over 50 years. Our activity is simple to summarise: we transform thermoplastics into industrial components (covers, claddings, precision parts, structures, assembled sub-assemblies) for manufacturers who need a plastics subcontractor capable of managing the entire cycle, from design through to delivery.

What sets us apart from a typical plastics provider is the complete integration of the sector's services. In-house design office, tooling manufacture, production, finishing, quality control and logistics: everything happens under one roof and is managed by the same teams. No coordination gaps between an external design office, a third-party toolmaker and a manufacturer who don't talk to each other. An organisation designed so that the part delivered is exactly the one that was designed.

Our history

Founded over 50 years ago, Plastisart built its reputation on thermoforming, a process few processors master as thoroughly as we do. Over time, we gradually broadened our range of services with other techniques. Over the decades, we have developed capabilities in 3 and 5-axis CNC machining, RIM injection, plastic blow moulding, plastic fabrication and the assembly of complex sub-assemblies.

This evolution is not driven solely by a desire to diversify our services. It is mainly a response to the concrete needs of our industrial clients, who increasingly asked us to take on more complete projects integrating several transformation techniques on a single part or sub-assembly.

Our location

Plastisart is based at the Zoning Industriel de Martinrou in Fleurus, Belgium, close to the Aéropôle of Gosselies. Our site brings together all our activities: transformation workshops, design office, mechanical workshop, finishing and inspection areas, and storage warehouses.

This concentration on a single site is not incidental. It ensures that the teams who design, manufacture and inspect your parts work close to one another. A tooling adjustment, a dimension change, a question about a material: everything is resolved quickly, without the delays caused by exchanges between remote sites and external providers.

Our clients

Our clients are almost exclusively industrials, companies that manufacture physical goods and integrate plastic components into their products or equipment. Manufacturers of industrial machinery, medical equipment suppliers, special vehicle builders, manufacturers of food processing equipment, integrators of automated systems: we work with companies whose production depends on the reliability and compliance of their plastic components.

The majority of our clients are based in Belgium and northern France, but we also work with clients across France and in neighbouring countries.

The different markets we work for

What we are not

Plastisart is not a plastics distributor. We do not produce high-volume parts for mass consumption. We do not carry out conventional thermoplastic injection in steel moulds. Our positioning is deliberately focused on small and medium technical series, where added value comes from process mastery, material guidance and the ability to deliver compliant parts with no friction between stages.

Our commitments

Consistency between what is designed and what is delivered

This is the fundamental promise that our integrated organisation allows us to keep. Every technical file produced by our design office is directly usable by our workshops, with no loss of information between stages.

Responsiveness

Our clients work to tight schedules. Our stock of raw materials, our in-house tooling and our flexible organisation allow us to respond quickly to urgent requests without disrupting ongoing production.

Traceability

Every production run is documented. Every batch is traceable from raw material through to delivery. This rigour allows our industrial clients to meet their own quality obligations.

The durability of client relationships

We have worked with some of our clients for several decades. This longevity is explained by the consistency of the quality delivered and the reliability of the lead times we commit to.
