Plastics industry for the industrial sector Your plastic subcontractor for industrial machinery, production equipment, and automated systems
Industrial machine manufacturers, production equipment manufacturers and automated systems integrators have been an integral part of Plastisart's client portfolio for over 50 years. It is our historical sector, the one for which our processes, materials and organisation were built: technical plastic parts, produced in small and medium runs, delivered with the precision and repeatability that a production line demands.
On average, an industrial machine incorporates dozens of plastic components: protective covers, structural cladding, control panels, slides, guides, fastening elements, cable protection, recovery tanks or transmission parts. Each component has its own constraints and must be produced repeatably from one batch to the next.
Why call on a plastic subcontractor ?
You are looking for a partner capable of taking charge of the entire cycle, from part design through to batch delivery, with the dimensional consistency and traceability that your own assembly processes demand.
At Plastisart, this partnership logic is integrated into our organisation. Our design office works in direct contact with our clients' technical teams, our tooling is manufactured in-house to guarantee consistency between the designed and produced part, and our quality control is structured to detect deviations before they affect an entire series.

The most common applications in the industrial sector

Machine covers and cladding
The vast majority of modern industrial machines incorporate protective covers and aesthetic cladding in plastic material. Thermoforming and RIM injection are our reference processes for these applications. This allows us to produce large-format parts with the required finish at controlled costs.
Structural and guidance parts
We produce everything in the category of: slides, cable guides, fastening supports, consoles and structural elements incorporating technical thermoplastics. Whether POM, PA, HDPE or PEEK depending on the requirements, all our parts are produced by CNC machining 3 and 5 axes with the tight tolerances demanded by mechanical interfaces.

Tanks, vats and retention elements
Production lines frequently incorporate recovery tanks, rinsing vats and containment structures in chemically resistant materials. Thanks to our expertise in HDPE or PP plastic fabrication, we produce these welded elements using techniques guaranteeing the tightness and compliance with chemical requirements.
Control panels and operator interfaces
We produce panels, facades and operator interfaces in PMMA, PC or ABS that combine appearance requirements, marking legibility and resistance to daily stresses. For these various applications, we combine different techniques such as machining, laser cutting, engraving and coating.

Assembled sub-assemblies
Many clients ask us to deliver ready-to-assemble sub-assemblies: cover + panel + metal inserts + fasteners, all packaged and labelled according to their standards. Our integrated assembly and logistics capability allows us to meet these needs without multiplying suppliers.
Why choose Plastisart for your industrial project ?
Choosing Plastisart means working with a plastic subcontractor that meets your production requirements.
Our location in Fleurus, in the heart of the Belgian Hainaut, places us at the centre of a dense industrial network. Our integrated organisation, design office, tooling, production, finishing, quality control and logistics all on one site, is the ideal choice for industrials who need responsiveness, transparency and a single point of contact across the entire chain.
For over 50 years, we have worked with machine and equipment manufacturers who return because their parts are compliant, their deadlines are met and their technical files are managed with rigour from one project to the next.
