Custom-made Trespa HPL furniture for cleanroom Rigour and customization at the heart of the pharmaceutical industry
A specific request in an environment where no mistakes are allowed
When a specialist in pharmaceutical laboratory outfitting contacted us, the need was crystal clear. Design and build a custom-made piece of furniture, ready to be installed in a cleanroom, where cleanliness is not optional but an absolute requirement. In such a highly controlled space, every design decision matters, and every finishing touch counts.
Based on a detailed plan, our client entrusted us with the creation of a technical unit that had to combine durability, chemical resistance and understated elegance. All of this without compromising on ease of maintenance or compliance with strict standards.
Our approach: precise modelling and meticulous fabrication
The ideal material? Trespa HPL panels. Strong, low-porosity, resistant to cleaning agents and common solvents, this material is perfectly suited for use in cleanroom environments. Fortunately, it is also a material we know inside and out.
The project started in our SolidWorks environment. Thanks to accurate 3D modelling, we were able to generate the machining files directly. Each piece of the unit was carefully cut, then measured and checked to ensure that no deviation would interfere with the final assembly.
The assembly was carried out in our workshop with particular attention to alignment, angles and edge finishing. Before delivery, a final inspection ensured cleanliness, stability and full compliance. Nothing was left to chance.
A compliant, functional unit delivered on time
Once delivered and installed on site, the unit fit seamlessly into place. Our client praised the precision of the structure, the quality of the finish and the complete adherence to the original specifications. In a sector like pharma, where protocols leave no room for approximation, our exacting standards made all the difference.
This project is a perfect example of our ability to create specialised technical furniture tailored to demanding environments, without ever compromising on aesthetics or durability.
